The Awarding Process

Individuals or representatives may submit an entry for any eligible company/s for the Dream Employer of the Year and Workplace Health Advocate awards via our designated entry form. There is no need to submit an entry for the Most Attractive Employer and Breakthrough Employer awards as all companies on the Workbean platform will automatically be assessed by the Workbean Consultancy team, led by Co-founder and Employer Branding Leader, Neil Rojas, by the end of the year.

The Dream Employer of the Year will be reviewed across 5 facets, and Workplace Health Advocate across 7. The full criteria and requirements can be found in the entry kit.

Should the nominator be an individual not connected to the nominated company, we will be reaching out to the company to confirm their entry.

Workbean is accepting entries from Monday, October 10, 2022, until Friday, November 11, 2022 at 11:59 PM PHT.

Once the entry period is closed, the Workbean Consultancy team will be pre-qualifying entries by conducting internal research and external validations via company representative/team interviews.

All information that will be gathered from the entries, research, and interviews will be collated and endorsed to our partner judges and will later on be used for the online voting phase.

Our distinguished panel of judges will be assessing all validated entries until the 2nd week of January 2023. The judges' reviews will cover 70% of the total company score.

The top companies for each of the Dream Employer of the Year and the Workplace Health Advocate awards will then be subjected to online voting.

In our online voting phase, the public will have the opportunity to vote for who they think is the most deserving company for each award. The data points reviewed by our judges will be summarized for public review. The votes garnered until the 2nd week of February 2023, will amount to 30% of the total company score.

By the end of the online voting phase, the Workbean Consultancy team will be verifying the total scores garnered for the awarding of winners. The winners of the Most Attractive Employer and Breakthrough Employer awards will also be verified by then.

The awarding of winners will happen on the last week of February at Workbean's 3rd Anniversary celebration.

After the event, the winners, including the final ranking of the Top 10 companies for the Dream Employer of the Year and Workplace Health Advocate awards, will be announced across all socials and via our partner media outlets.
